Whether your goal is to learn anew or simply practice what you already know, we encourage you to attend as often as you wish.
With your class pass, you may attend any instance of the class as your schedule allows. You need not attend consecutive classes. Once you've purchased the pass, you may email or call us to reserve your spot in any week's class.
*Note: This class is designed for a wide range of experience levels including beginners, however there are some prerequisites. To be eligible for the class, you must be able to overhead squat, front squat, and have a minimum of three months experience performing the snatch and clean with a standard barbell.
